Yoni Steam 2oz

A Yoni Steam is the practice of sitting over a steaming pot of water infused with medicinal herbs. This tradition has been used cross-culturally since ancient times. Yoni steaming uses the healing power of plants to restore balance in all life stages.

Directions: In a medium covered pot, pour 8 cups of water (preferably purified water). Place 1 oz of herb blend into the water. Bring water to a soft boil for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, let steep for another 5 minutes. Now place mixture into your container for use.

Ingredients: Raspberry leaf, mugwort, rosemary, rose petals, calendula, lavender.
