Shepherd's Purse is highly regarded for its ability to regulate and relieve menstrual symptoms, especially during heavy flow. Shepherd's purse is also used for kidney and bladder health, when urine production is low. Dosage: 1/2 to 1 dropperful (20 to 40 drops) in a swallow of water,2 to 4 x a day. For acute menstrual bleeding: 1/2 dropper every 3 hours. Warning: Do not use during pregnancy. Do not use with anti-coagulants.
