Also known as Red Bush Tea. Native to South Africa, Rooibos is a wonderful naturally caffeine free substitute for green tea. It is rich in antioxidants, Vitamin C, potassium, calcium and magnesium. It?s taste is mildly sweet and creamy. It is a great post dinner digestive aid and mixes well with mint, hibiscus, or rose hips.
