Osha root is best known for its strong anti-viral and anti-microbial properties which reduce infection and restores the bronchi. Also known as Colorado Cough Root. Osha promotes expectoration and resolves phlegm in the lungs and sinuses. Osha has been known to be helpful in dealing with spider bites. Osha root can also promote menstruation and has been recommended to help expel retained placenta.
