Magnesium Lotion 3.38oz

Directions for use: Use anywhere you'd apply body lotion. Massage gently into temples, neck, shoulders, arms or feet. Apply 30-90 minutes before bedtime. 

Dosage: 5ml contains 3mg of melatonin and 80mg of elemental magnesium. 

Caution: Use only as directed. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children. Stop use if irritation occurs. Consult with doctor if pregnant, nursing or have medical conditions. Store at room temperature.
