Magnesium Bath Flakes 7.06oz

Dissolved in warm water can provide a medicinal bath of cell-restoring highly soluble magnesium to relieve muscle stiffness and cramping.

Dosage: Add the full bag of flakes in warm (not hot) water and enjoy it for a minimum of 20 minutes or longer if desired.
