Suggested Use

Shake Well Before Using.
Adults: Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice, 3 or 4 times per day.
Best taken between meals.

How To Take

Squeeze

Shake bottle well, open and squeeze the dropper bulb once.

Drop

Release the recommended serving (as per each label) into at least 2 oz. of water or juice (or more depending on the label instructions)

Drink
