Gotu Kola is known as an adaptogen, used to increase over-all stamina and energy. Gotu Kola is used as an aid for mental clarity and memory, and as a nerve restorative. Gotu Kola is used as a blood purifier in the East.

Dosage: 1/2 to 1 dropperful (20 to 40 drops) in a swallow of water 2 to 3 x a day.

Warning: Do not use during pregnancy, or if you have epilepsy. Gotu kola has blood-thinning properties.
