Goldenseal leaf is best used topically for various skin disorders by promoting tissue repair. Internally goldenseal leaf reduces inflammation and stimulates immunity and detoxifies mucus membranes of the body. Goldenseal is often recommended to support the immune system during illness, especially bacterial infection, and is included in our Cold Comfort tea.

Not to be used during pregnancy. Prolonged use can cause damage or reduce flora in the intestines.
