Fenugreek is a valuable herbal tonic with many different uses. Fenugreek has been used to promote healthy breathing, and open the lungs and sinuses. Fenugreek is also used as a gentle digestive stimulant and to encourage healthy intestinal function. One of the most popular uses of fenugreek is to support milk production for breastfeeding women.

Dosage: 1/2 to 1 dropperful (20 to 40 drops) in a swallow of water 2 to 3 x a day
