Dalmatian Sage is a herb commonly used to help stop the flow of milk when breastfeeding is no longer needed. Sage is also used in the reduction of perspiration. In some women it can be beneficial for hot flashes and night sweats.

Not to be used during pregnancy.

Antispasmodic, astringent, calmative, mild nervine.
