Corn silk is a traditional remedy for urinary trouble, especially bedwetting. Many young children have benefited from a small amount of corn silk tea or tincture before bed to encourage sleeping through the night without wetting. Adults also use corn silk for urgent or frequent urination, and as a mild natural diuretic.

Serving Suggestion: 1/2 to 1 dropperful (20 to 40 drops) in a swalllow of water 2 to 4 x a day
