Historically used for its wonderful anti-inflammatory properties in skin care and for muscle and joint pain. Use as a massage on sore muscles or as a cold compress. Chamomile is a soothing oil that helps ease anxiety, soothe headaches, relieve stress and nervous tension, and promote sleep. This has already been diluted to 10% in Jojoba oil to make it more affordable, but we suggest diluting further to a 3% therapeutic level before using on the skin.

This oil is generally considered safe for use on pets. Before topical use on pets, essential oils should be diluted to approximately 0.25%.
