Caraway seeds are also used in pickling blends, on meat and root vegetable dishes, and in some types of salad. Caraway is an excellent source of minerals like iron, copper, calcium, potassium, manganese, selenium, zinc, and magnesium. The seeds are a storehouse for many vital vitamins such as A, E, B-complexes.
