Black Cohosh is often used by women going through menopause to control mood swings, hot flashes, night sweats, and other common menopause symptoms. Black Cohosh has helped many women sleep through the night during menopause, especially in combination with the Tea of Tranquility.

Suggested Use: 1/4 to 1 dropperful (10 to 40 drops) ? in a swallow of water 2 to 4 x a day. A few people are sensitive to this herb, and with any sudden headache or digestive upset the dosage should be reduced.
