Our Black Cohosh extract is prepared from the rhizome with rootlet of Certified Organic Actaea racemosa plants. The herbs are responsibly grown and harvested in their natural forest habitat to ensure quality, potency, and sustainability.

Suggested Use

• Shake well before using

• Adults: Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice

• Take 2–4 times daily

• Best taken between meals
