Angelica is traditionally used by women to relieve menstrual cramping, delayed, or stopped menstruation. It can also be used to reduce flatulence and weak digestion. Not to be used by diabetics or expectant mothers.

Herbal actions: carminative, emmenagogue, diaphoretic.
