Mugwort is an excellent nervine for nervousness and insomnia and may even with some liver and stomach disorders. The tea was also used by the Native Americans for colds and flus, bronchitis and fevers. Mugwort has strong emmenagogic properties and can be used to help induce menses. Drank as a tea or smoked before bed, Mugwort can also be used to induce lucid dreams.
Not to be used during pregnancy.
