Cinnamon Chips

The chips of the cinnamon bark are broken down for easier use in teas or blends that add a wonderful spicy and warm flavor to foods and chai spice blends. We recommend cinnamon chips any time you want to add cinnamon to a tea. For a stronger spice flavor, take your cinnamon or chai spice blend, and simmer gently for 5 to 15 minutes before turning the heat off and adding your tea.
