Nigella sativa also known as fennel flower, black seed, black cumin, black African seed is an annual flowering plant native to Africa, the Middle East, and Southwest Asia, where it has been used for medicinal purposes for centuries. The oil contains essential fatty acids and antioxidants, and may reduce inflammation. Traditionally the oil is used for immune system support and for the health of the lungs and breathing.

Suggested Use: For adults, takes 1/2 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon per day, with meals, or as directed by a physician. 2 dropperfuls is equal to 1/2 teaspoon
