Four Seasons Spring oolong was developed in Mingjing, Taiwan. The leaves are hand selected for the qualities of the highest grades of oolong and notable personality accents. The tea’s flavor is mildly sweet and mellow, with delicate floral notes. A lightly oxidized oolong, Spring Oolong leaves are a rich, dark green, with a bright, outdoorsy scent, and light brown, mellow infusion.
Amount of Tea: 2 teaspoons for a single 8 oz cup. We highly recommend brewing these tea leaves multiple times. The flavor will mature and develop with each steep, adding complexity and interest to the tea’s taste. To brew multiple times, use a generous tablespoon so the flavor does not become thin.
Steep Time: 3 minutes.
Water Temperature: 180 degrees F. Allow boiling water to cool for 3 to 4 minutes before adding the tea leaves.
