Myrrh is a great essential oil to use for improving the appearance of mature skin as it can help smooth and tone the skin. Use Myrrh in chest balms or inhalation to relieve respiratory issues and congestion and boost immune health. It can soothe digestive complaints, aid in detoxification, and support reproductive health. Combined with Frankincense, it has an even more powerful effect. Both oils are used in facilitating meditation. This size is already diluted to 10% in Jojoba oil, but we suggest diluting further to a 3% therapeutic level before using on the skin.
