Kava root is a traditional Polynesian drink that calms and soothes the nerves. Can be used for anxiety disorders (temporary).

U.S. FDA advises that a potential risk of rare, but severe liver injury may be associated with Kava and should not be used by anyone pregnant or breastfeeding.
