Immortelle is the best essential oil for bruises and helps with swelling and inflammation, as well as other skin conditions like blemishes, minor wound care, and athlete's foot. Historically used in Europe for respiratory issues and to boost immunity to fight infections, Immortelle also helps support healthy digestive and muscular systems. It is commonly used in meditation to promote reflection and self-growth. This size has already been diluted to 10% in Jojoba oil to make it more affordable, but we suggest diluting further to a 3% therapeutic level before using on the skin.
