Garcinia is most commonly known as mangosteen and ?monkey fruit? Garcinia has significant amounts of HCA (Hydroxycitric Acid) which has been known to aid in weight loss and to act as an appetite suppressant.

Garcinia cambogia standardized extract 50% hydroxycitric acid. 1/2 teaspoon before every meal.

Prolonged use may cause damage to the testicles. Not to be used during pregnancy.

Cathartic, purgative.
